Abstract: The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence-based system for predicting blood flow behavior modeled as a Carreau non-Newtonian fluid in heated multi- stenosed elliptical arteries. The system integrates computational fluid dynamics (CFD) with a hybrid deep learning framework comprising Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks, and Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), trained on CFD-generated datasets. The proposed model effectively captures the influence of complex arterial geometry, stenosis severity, and thermal variations on hemodynamic characteristics. It enables accurate prediction of key parameters such as velocity distribution, pressure gradients, wall shear stress, and temperature profiles. By reducing reliance on computationally intensive numerical simulations, the invention provides a fast and efficient solution for real-time analysis. The system is particularly useful for cardiovascular diagnosis, treatment planning, and biomedical research applications.
