Abstract: The present invention provides an artificial intelligence-driven smart city platform for integrated electric vehicle ecosystem management and environmental health prediction. The platform receives electric vehicle, charging infrastructure, traffic, energy, weather, and environmental data from authorized urban sources and generates synchronized spatial and temporal features. Machine learning models predict charging demand, infrastructure utilization, mobility conditions, and environmental health conditions. An environmental risk assessment module identifies spatial and temporal risk zones, while an intelligent coordination module generates recommendations for charging allocation, charging scheduling, mobility coordination, and environmental response. A decision-support interface provides predictions, confidence information, contributing factors, and recommended actions to authorized users. Feedback from observed charging, mobility, infrastructure, and environmental conditions is used to detect prediction errors and model drift and to support controlled model recalibration or retraining. Security, access control, and audit mechanisms may be applied throughout the platform.
