MUMBAI, India, June 30 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641073835 A) filed by Sr University on June 15, 2026, for Artificial Intelligence-Driven Real-Time Colon Cancer Early Detection System.
Inventors include Mamidala Sruthi; and Dr. Ramesh Babu Akarapu.
The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT Disclosed herein is a system (100) for artificial intelligence (AI)-driven real-time colon cancer detection and continuous health monitoring. The system comprises a user device (102) integrated with a user interface (104) configured to receive inputs and display risk levels, alerts, recommendations, and personalized health dashboards. A wearable biosensor unit (106) continuously collects biological samples from physiological sources and detects colon-cancer-associated biomarkers. Biomarker data is transmitted via a communication network (108) to a processing unit (110) connected to the user device (102). The processing unit (110) includes a data input module (112), a data processing module (114), a feature extraction module (116), a classification module (118), a colon cancer prediction module (120), a feedback module (122), an alert generation module (124), and an output module (126). Longitudinal biomarker patterns are analyzed using machine learning models to generate a personalized colon cancer risk score, enabling continuous, non-invasive early-stage risk assessment.
