The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.
Abstract: TITLE OF THE INVENTION Artificial Intelligence Driven Multi-Modal Pelvic Health Assessment and Intervention Optimization System ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence driven multi-modal pelvic health assessment and intervention optimization system configured for pelvic risk assessment, longitudinal health monitoring, and adaptive therapeutic optimization. The System comprises a plurality of data acquisition modules configured to acquire multi-modal pelvic health data from biosensors, wearable devices, laboratory systems, imaging systems, manometry systems, electronic medical records, and patient- reported clinical inputs. A preprocessing and feature engineering engine transforms heterogeneous structured and unstructured data into unified patient feature vectors for AI inference. A three-layer artificial intelligence architecture comprising an Input Layer, Diagnostic Middle Layer, and Intervention Output Layer computes pelvic-domain diagnostic sub-scores, Pelvic Health Scores (PHS), and therapy effectiveness probability scores for personalised rehabilitation planning. The System further incorporates explainable artificial intelligence modules, longitudinal tracking, adaptive therapy orchestration, and dual clinician-patient interfaces to enable explainable, continuously learning, and personalized pelvic healthcare management across clinical, rehabilitative, remote, and home- care environments.
