Abstract: The present invention provides an artificial intelligence-driven molecular design and chemical discovery system for computational generation, evaluation, and optimization of molecular candidates. The system receives molecular information, discovery objectives, target requirements, and molecular constraints and converts the information into machine-processable molecular representations. An artificial intelligence-based molecular generation engine generates candidate molecular structures, while a multi-property prediction engine estimates chemical, biological, physicochemical, and safety-related properties. A constraint evaluation engine evaluates chemical validity and synthesis-related requirements, and a scoring engine ranks candidates according to multiple discovery objectives. Experimental results obtained from selected candidates are subsequently received and compared with predicted properties. An optimization controller uses the resulting feedback to modify generation, prediction, scoring, or constraint parameters for subsequent discovery cycles, thereby providing an iterative computational-experimental molecular discovery workflow.
