Abstract: The present invention discloses an Artificial Intelligence-Driven Continuous Mental Health Assessment System using voice, facial expression and wearable sensor analytics. The system comprises a voice acquisition module, facial image acquisition module, wearable sensor interface, preprocessing module, feature extraction modules, artificial intelligence inference module, personalized baseline module, multimodal fusion engine and assessment module. Voice characteristics including pitch, speech rate, pauses and spectral features, facial characteristics including expression patterns, facial landmarks, eye movement and head orientation, and wearable parameters including heart rate, heart-rate variability, electrodermal activity, temperature, motion and activity characteristics are acquired and processed. The system establishes an individualized baseline from historical multimodal data and determines deviations from the baseline. A confidence-aware multimodal fusion mechanism combines the outputs of the voice, facial and wearable analysis modules. A temporal analysis module evaluates persistence, trends and anomalies to generate a continuous mental- health-related assessment indicator. The system may perform edge, cloud or hybrid processing and selectively generate notifications through an authorized interface when sustained deviations are detected. The invention provides non-invasive, personalized and continuous monitoring support without replacing professional clinical diagnosis.
