Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based theranostic oral detection and care device (100) configured as a compact handheld system for intraoral imaging, automated analysis, and controlled medicated delivery. The device comprises a handheld body (102) supporting a nozzle (104) (104) integrated with an imaging unit (106) including a high-resolution optical camera (106a) and controlled illumination means (106b). Captured images are transmitted via an optical channel (108) to a processing unit (110) and an artificial intelligence-based detection module (112), which generates classification output and a confidence score. A control unit regulates operation of a medicine dispensing arrangement (118) based on the confidence score and user input through a user control interface (116). A display unit (114) provides real-time output visualization. The device further includes a saliva suction channel (202) and supports communication with a remote computing unit (204), enabling safe, reliable, and conditionally controlled oral care.
