Abstract: Abstract ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EARLY PREDICTION, DETECTION, AND INTERVENTION OF RESPIRATORY DISORDERS IN INDUSTRIAL WORKERS A system for occupational respiratory monitoring in industrial environments includes a Worker Monitoring Device, a Exposure Sensor Network, a AI Prediction Engine, a Intervention Controller, and a Occupational Health Interface. The system receives worker respiratory signals, oxygen saturation, cough-event data, shift information, and workplace particulate or gas measurements. The acquired observations are checked for quality, source association, and timing before a model-ready representation is generated. The AI Prediction Engine produces an analytical result and a confidence indication. The Intervention Controller applies a stored response criterion and determines whether to release an output, request reacquisition, or require review. The Occupational Health Interface provides an early-risk alert and an industrial intervention instruction. The system particularly performs time-aligning worker respiratory changes with location-specific exposure events and selecting a graded intervention according to a predicted deterioration level. An event record stores input identifiers, a processing version, the analytical result, and the delivered response to maintain traceability between acquisition, processing, and output.
