Abstract: The present invention provides an artificial intelligence-based system for predicting and improving the performance of students learning English as a Foreign Language. The system acquires academic records, assessment responses, language competency information, learning behavior, engagement characteristics and historical performance data to generate a dynamic multidimensional learner profile. An artificial intelligence prediction engine processes the learner profile to predict future performance and identify performance risk. A competency diagnosis module identifies specific language deficiencies, while a personalized learning intervention engine selects and sequences individualized learning resources and activities. Subsequent student performance is captured through a feedback and adaptation module, which compares actual outcomes with predicted outcomes and updates the learner profile, prediction parameters and intervention strategy. The system thereby establishes a continuous prediction, diagnosis, intervention and feedback cycle for adaptive EFL learning enhancement.
