Abstract: The present invention discloses a computer-implemented mobile security system configured to provide comprehensive protection against both known and unknown cyber threats in a mobile computing device. The system integrates a signature comparison unit for identifying known malware through pattern matching with a stored signature repository, and a behavioural analysis processor employing machine learning models to detect anomalous application activities indicative of zero-day threats. A permission tracking unit continuously monitors access to sensitive device resources, including camera, microphone, storage, location, and network interfaces, and generates contextual usage data. An interpretability processor converts detected threat information into structured natural language explanations along with recommended mitigation actions. An alert generation unit produces real-time notifications and periodic security reports.
