Abstract: Abstract ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED FALL RISK PREDICTION SYSTEM WITH PERSONALIZED WALKING AID RECOMMENDATION FOR GERIATRIC INDIVIDUALS A system for geriatric mobility assessment and walking-aid selection includes a Mobility Assessment Unit, a Gait Feature Processor, a Fall-Risk Model, a Aid Compatibility Engine, and a Recommendation Interface. The system receives gait speed, stride variability, turning stability, balance-test data, sit-to-stand performance, and prior fall information. The acquired observations are checked for quality, source association, and timing before a model-ready representation is generated. The Fall-Risk Model produces an analytical result and a confidence indication. The Aid Compatibility Engine applies a stored response criterion and determines whether to release an output, request reacquisition, or require review. The Recommendation Interface provides a fall-risk score and a recommended walking-aid category with adjustment guidance. The system particularly performs mapping identified mobility deficits and a predicted fall-risk level to support and handling requirements of a walking aid. An event record stores input identifiers, a processing version, the analytical result, and the delivered response to maintain traceability between acquisition, processing, and output.
