Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based emotion-adaptive interactive storytelling system for English language skill development. The storytelling engine generates personalized stories, dialogues, and role-play scenarios. The conversational interface enables speech and text interactions with virtual characters. The natural language processing module evaluates learner responses, while the emotion recognition module identifies emotional states. The adaptive learning engine dynamically adjusts story progression, vocabulary level, dialogue complexity, and communication difficulty. The feedback module provides personalized corrective guidance. The gamification module enhances learner engagement through rewards and challenges. The performance analytics module tracks fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation, confidence, creativity, and engagement.
