Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based electronic system and method for intelligent industrial energy management. The system comprises an energy data acquisition unit, an industrial parameter acquisition unit, a preprocessing unit, an artificial intelligence processing unit, an energy baseline generation unit, an anomaly detection unit, an energy forecasting unit, an optimization unit, and an energy control interface. The system acquires energy consumption data and operating parameters from a plurality of industrial assets and processes the acquired data to determine expected energy consumption corresponding to operating conditions. An adaptive energy consumption baseline is generated and compared with subsequently acquired energy consumption to detect abnormal energy consumption conditions. Future energy demand is forecasted based on the processed data, and an energy-management action is determined based on forecasted demand, detected abnormalities, and operational constraints. The determined action is communicated to an industrial controller for optimized operation of one or more industrial assets, thereby enabling adaptive industrial energy management.
