Abstract: [046] The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence-based educational analytics system for adaptive learning assessment and intervention recommendation. The system comprises a learner data acquisition module for receiving multi-source educational data, a data normalization and validation module for converting heterogeneous educational records into a unified learner analytics format, a feature extraction module for extracting academic and behavioural features, and a learner profile generation module for generating a multi-dimensional educational profile. A predictive analytics engine processes the learner profile to determine academic risk, learning gaps, course outcome deficiencies, engagement decline, and intervention priority. An explainability module identifies contributing factors responsible for the predicted risk or learning gap. An intervention recommendation engine generates customized academic support recommendations including remedial sessions, topic-specific practice, mentor alerts, attendance alerts, and faculty- level intervention reports. A feedback update module updates the learner profile based on subsequent performance and intervention feedback, thereby enabling continuous adaptive academic monitoring.
