Abstract: The present invention discloses the development of the managing high product return rates and navigating complex product selections are significant challenges in e- commerce. This research introduces an AI-Based Companion Framework aimed at reducing return frequency and providing personalized shopping assistance. The framework uses collaborative filtering, natural language processing, and computer vision to analyze client preferences and make real-time product recommendations. A predictive return-risk module identifies high-risk return transactions, allowing for proactive interventions. Experimental results show a 23% reduction in return rates and an 18% increase in recommendation accuracy compared to traditional methods. Overall, the framework enhances customer satisfaction and reduces merchants' operating costs. FIG.1
