Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based automated teller machine with multi-sensory accessibility system designed to enable visually impaired users to perform banking transactions independently, securely, and efficiently. The system integrates artificial intelligence, natural language processing, dynamic tactile interfaces, computer vision, three-dimensional spatial audio, and haptic feedback. An AI-driven conversational voice interface enables users to execute banking operations through natural voice commands, while a reconfigurable tactile interface generates dynamic Braille menus and tactile navigation patterns corresponding to different transaction stages. The computer vision module continuously monitors user interactions, assists with hand positioning, verifies card insertion, and detects transaction errors in real time. Spatial audio, tactile vibrations, and thermal alerts provide synchronized multi-sensory guidance throughout the transaction. The invention further incorporates secure biometric authentication and a modular retrofit architecture for rapid installation on existing ATMs.
