Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ASSISTED GREEN SYNTHESIS OF HETEROCYCLIC DRUG MOLECULES The present invention relates to a method and system for artificial intelligence assisted green synthesis of heterocyclic drug molecules. The method integrates AI-driven reaction prediction and retrosynthetic analysis with green chemistry principles to design efficient, sustainable synthetic pathways. Machine learning, deep learning, and artificial neural network models are trained on comprehensive chemical datasets to predict optimized reaction conditions including green solvent selection, recyclable catalyst choice, reaction temperature, and reaction time. The AI-assisted approach achieves average reaction yields of 91.8 percent with 23.2 percent improvement over conventional methods, reaction time reductions exceeding 60 percent, E-factor reduction from 12.4 to 4.3, and process mass intensity reduction from 26.8 to 12.1. The invention enables sustainable pharmaceutical manufacturing of heterocyclic drug molecules with product purity exceeding 99 percent while significantly reducing environmental impact, solvent consumption, and energy requirements.
