Abstract: ABSTRACT Disclosed herein is an artificial intelligence assisted crop irrigation monitoring system (100) that comprises a plurality of sensing units (102) and a processing unit (132). The processing unit (132) receives image information, environmental information, meteorological information, and geographical information, performs georeferencing and image integration, and generates unified agricultural information. The processing unit (132) further estimates evapotranspiration by combining a penman monteith calculation module (156) with an artificial intelligence correction module (158), analyses crop water requirement information, and generates irrigation scheduling information through an irrigation decision engine (168). The system (100) outputs irrigation monitoring information and field specific irrigation advisory information through an output module (176) and a user interface (178).
