Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: Artificial Intelligence-Assisted Cloud-Integrated Chemistry-Agnostic Battery Health Monitoring System for Portable to Large-scale Batteries This invention presents a chemistry-agnostic AI assisted cloud server integrated Battery Management System (BMS) that continuously collects operational parameters from the battery pack, including capacity, voltage, current drawn, temperature, charge and discharge rates, etc. This data is transmitted via GSM/4G, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi module to a secure cloud server in real time. The server hosts an AI-driven analytics engine employing machine learning models (e.g., LSTM, Random Forest, Gradient Boosted Trees) trained on historical and live data to estimate SoH, predict RUL, and flag anomalies in battery cells. A mobile/web dashboard retrieves processed analytics and raw data from the cloud, displaying battery health, location, historical usage trends and predictive warnings for battery health to end-users. The chemistry-agnostic BMS is designed to work with multiple battery chemistries, supporting all kinds of battery chemistries, including ion batteries, i.e. Li-, Na-, Al-, Zn-ion, etc., to NiMH and lead-acid batteries, making it adaptable for future energy storage technologies from portable to large-scale.
