Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND PSYCHOLOGICAL BEHAVIOR-BASED SMART BANKING ASSISTANCE DEVICE The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence and psychological behaviour based smart banking assistance device (100) for use during a banking transaction. The device (100) comprises a multimodal sensor unit (110) capturing image, audio, physiological and touch inputs, a data acquisition and pre-processing unit (120), and an artificial intelligence processing module (130) with facial expression, voice emotion, behavioural pattern and physiological signal sub-modules (131, 132, 133, 134). A psychological behaviour analysis engine (140) fuses these outputs into a psychological state descriptor, which a decision and risk assessment module (150) correlates with a transactional intent from a transaction interface module (160) to selectively allow, step-up, hold or block the transaction. A secure communication module (170) exchanges encrypted data with a remote server (200), and an alert and recommendation unit (180) with user interface (190) provides guidance. [Figure 1]
