The method (400) comprises determining a parameter correlation mapping among the state parameters based on predefined dependency constraints. The method (400) comprises generating a rule set comprising trigger conditions and engagement conditions based on the parameter correlation mapping. The method (400) comprises generating an engagement workflow comprising sequential engagement actions arranged according to the rule set. The method (400) comprises detecting a trigger condition, executing an engagement action, and capturing outcome data. The method (400) comprises updating the state parameters and parameter correlation mapping based on outcome data.
