Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-enabled community wellness system (100) for non-communicable disease risk assessment, behaviour modification, and preventive care delivery. The system (100) comprises a plurality of distributed computing units (200, 300, 400) configured to acquire multimodal data including physiological, environmental, visual, and user- reported inputs. A sensor-based computing unit (200) captures physiological and environmental parameters, while a vision-based computing unit (300) acquires visual and thermal data. A web-based interface module (400) collects user-reported information. The acquired data is transmitted to a cloud-based data processing platform (500) for preprocessing including filtering, normalization, feature extraction, and temporal-spatial alignment. The processed data is analysed by a machine learning-based predictive engine (600) to generate individualized risk scores and preventive care recommendations. The system (100) is supported by a solar power management system (700) enabling operation in remote and resource-constrained environments.
