The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a computer-implemented artificial intelligence system and method for analyzing, benchmarking, and improving inclusive leadership practices across organizations. The system integrates structured and unstructured organizational data including employee feedback, leadership communications, human resource metrics, collaboration records, meeting transcripts, and engagement indicators into a unified analytical framework. Data are cleaned, normalized, privacy- processed, bias-filtered, and temporally aligned before inclusion-related features are generated. A hybrid AI modeling engine combines natural language processing, machine learning classification, clustering and segmentation, predictive analytics, and model fusion to evaluate leadership behaviors and generate standardized inclusive leadership indices. The indices are generated at individual, team, and organizational levels and may be compared across peer organizations, industries, and historical periods. The system further provides predictive inclusion-risk indicators and an interactive dashboard presenting leadership scores, benchmarks, comparative analyses, alerts, and AI-driven recommendations. The invention supports scalable, adaptive, and continuous or batch-based benchmarking for leadership development and organizational decision-making.
