Abstract: A arm supporting device for tabletop, comprises of a curved plate 101 positioned in contact with edge of a tabletop with a microphone 102 to provide voice command for securing plate 101 with tabletop, an ultrasonic sensor to detect thickness of edge, a motorized clamp 103 to acquire grip on edge to secure plate 101 with tabletop to allow user to place their arm while working, a plurality of straps each having a buckle 104 to secure over arm by means of buckle 104, a motorized roller 106 equipped with each straps to tighten/loosen straps to fasten arm with plate 101, a sensing module to monitor linear and angular movement of user’s arm, a motorized ball and socket joint 107 to provide movement to plate 101 in direction of movement of user’s arm, a gel padding 108 with a temperature sensor that detects surrounding temperature.
