The applying mechanism comprises a platform; and an applying assembly connected to the platform, wherein a suction assembly and a groove are provided spaced apart from one end of the applying assembly, and after the suction assembly suctions an adhesive tape, the adhesive tape is arranged corresponding to the groove; and an anti-sticking assembly connected to the platform and located on one side of the applying assembly, wherein the anti-sticking assembly can reach a position opposite the groove, and after the suction assembly suctions the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape can be pressed into the groove so as to form a redundant portion on the adhesive tape.
