Abstract: ABSTRACT: The present invention relates to an application-integrated real-time battery monitoring and protection system for lithium-ion batteries comprising a sensor data acquisition unit, a microcontroller unit, a relay-based charging disconnect module, local audio-visual alert units, and a wireless communication module. Battery voltage and temperature are continuously acquired and compared against predefined safety thresholds by the microcontroller unit, which TENT TCE CH autonomously actuates a relay to interrupt the charging circuit and triggers a buzzer and lightemitting diode indicator whenever an overvoltage, over-temperature or other unsafe condition is detected, independently of network availability. A local display unit presents real-time voltage, temperature, State-of-Charge and charging-status information, while a Wi-Fi communication module periodically transmits the processed parameters to a remote server and companion mobile application. The mobile application renders the received data as real-time readouts and graphical trends, generates push notifications upon fault detection, and stores historical data in a database for long-term performance analysis and predictive maintenance, thereby providing an integrated, low-cost solution combining dependable hardware-level protection with remote IoT-based monitoring for electric vehicle, renewable energy storage and portable electronic applications.
