Inventors include Dr. Amar Nath; Dr. Mohit Gupta; and Dr. Deep Gupta.

Abstract: AppCycle is a mobile application designed to tackle the growing problem of food waste from restaurants, marriage halls, hotels, and other large-scale food providers. By enabling these establishments to report excess food waste, AppCycle facilitates the collection and recycling of discarded food into valuable resources such as liquid fertilizers and nutrient-rich pulp. These by-products offer an eco-friendly alternative to chemical fertilizers, supporting sustainable farming practices.
