Abstract: ABSTRACT APPARATUSES, METHODS, AND COMPUTER PROGRAMS RELATING TO DISASTER CONDITIONS A user equipment comprising: means for receiving configuration information associated with an occurrence of a disaster condition from a network entity of a serving public land mobile network, PLMN for the user equipment, said configuration information comprising information about a first disaster return wait range; means for determining an occurrence of a disaster condition in at least a part of the serving PLMN; means for connecting to a visited PLMN when there is the disaster condition in at least the part of the serving PLMN; means for receiving a broadcast from a network access node of the visited PLMN, said broadcast comprising information about an updated disaster return wait range associated with the serving PLMN; and means for using the information about the updated disaster return wait range to attempt to re-register with the serving PLMN, when the disaster condition no longer applies.
