MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611108687 A) filed by Delhi Technological University on September 10, 2026, for Apparatus For Sensing And Storing Operating Parameters Of A Power-Electronic System.

Inventors include Gupta, Ashutosh; Gupta, Tanay; and Joshi, Dheeraj.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus (100) includes a current-sensing module (102) having a plurality of current-sensing channels, a voltage-sensing module (104) having a plurality of voltage-sensing channels, a temperature-sensing module (106) having a plurality of temperature-sensing channels, signal-conditioning circuitry (110), a controller development platform (114) having an analog-to-digital converter (ADC), and a memory module (108). The current-sensing module (102), the voltage-sensing module (104), and the temperature-sensing module (106) can be coupled to the signal-conditioning circuitry (110), which can condition respective sensing signals for acquisition by the ADC. The ADC can convert the conditioned sensing signals into corresponding digital signals. The memory module (108) can include a non-volatile memory device configured to store calibration data, configuration data, identification data, and system information. The modules, signal- conditioning circuitry (110), and memory module (108) can be integrated on a common expansion board configured to interface with the controller development platform (114), thereby facilitating compact and integrated sensing and data storage for power-electronic applications.
