Abstract: ABSTRACT An apparatus (102) for autonomous aerial pesticide application comprises a global positioning system receiver (104), a spray delivery assembly (106), a cellular communication transceiver (108), a memory (110), and a hardware processor (112). The hardware processor (112) executes autonomous flight along a flight path calculated from field boundary coordinates stored in the memory (110) using position data from the global positioning system receiver (104). The hardware processor (112) controls the spray delivery assembly (106) to dispense pesticide during the autonomous flight based on the position data. The hardware processor (112) transmits mission summary data via the cellular communication transceiver (108) as short message service text messages to a user device (114) upon completion of the autonomous flight. The apparatus (102) operates using stored field boundary coordinates and satellite positioning signals without requiring internet connectivity during flight operations. FIG. 1
