The system comprises an insole-integrated sensor module including plantar pressure sensors, motion sensors, and temperature sensors configured to acquire biomechanical and physiological data from the foot during ambulation. The collected data are processed using embedded and mobile application-based algorithms to identify walking patterns, step count, and foot-related physiological variations associated with changes in blood glucose levels. Based on this analysis, the system estimates glucose Fluctuation Alerts as rising, falling, or stable without directly measuring blood glucose concentration. The estimated glucose Fluctuation Alerts, step count, and personalized activity or task notifications are communicated to a mobile application for real-time user feedback, alerts, and early intervention support.
