Abstract: The present invention relates to an antimicrobial dental head cap (100) comprising a breathable and washable main antimicrobial fabric body (102), a crown ventilation mesh panel (106a), and at least one lateral ventilation mesh panel (106b) adapted to facilitate airflow and moisture-vapour transfer while restricting passage of hair. A multilayer sweat-management portion positioned along an anterior inner surface comprises an outer ventilation mesh layer (118a), an intermediate antimicrobial bamboo-fibre layer (118b), and an inner cotton comfort layer (118c) adapted to absorb, distribute, and ventilate perspiration. An adjustable fastening assembly (110) cooperates with an anti-slip grip band (112) to secure the head cap (100) to a user. At least one mask-support member (114) supports a mask strap away from an ear, while a rear hair-containment portion (122) receives and retains gathered hair. The head cap (100) is washable and reusable for dental, surgical, and clinical applications.
