Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel antibody specifically binding to the tumorimmunosuppressant, TIGIT (T cell immunoglobulin and immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif [ITIM] domain) or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, a nucleic acid encoding the antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof, a vector and a host cell including the nucleic acid, a method for producing the antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof, a pharmaceutical composition containing the antibody or the antigenbinding fragment thereof as an active ingredient, and uses of the pharmaceutical composition. The antibody specifically binding to TIGIT or the antigen-binding fragment thereof and the pharmaceutical composition containing the same as an active ingredient are preferably used for the treatment of cancer or tumors.
