The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an anti-theft flexible intermediate bulk container (FIBC) bag designed for secure storage and transportation of bulk goods. The bag comprises a body fabric (5) forming a flexible container for holding bulk materials and a filling inlet spout (1) provided at an upper portion of the bag for loading goods. The inlet spout (1) is secured using a tying tape (3) associated with a scan code (2) configured for verification of the sealing of the bag. After filling and securing the bag, the scan code (2) is scanned and the code details are communicated to the verification team of the Applicant Company for authentication of the sealed container. The bag further comprises stitching (4) connecting the inlet portion to the body fabric (5). A bottom portion of the bag includes bottom flat stitching (6) and a double layered bottom fabric (7) positioned beneath the bottom stitching. An inner layer of bottom without opening (12) is provided within the bottom structure to prevent unauthorized removal of goods even if an outer layer is tampered with. The bag further includes a discharge outlet spout (11) secured with a tying tape (10), optionally associated with a scan code (9), and a rope (8) for securing the outlet portion. Upon delivery, the verification code is again scanned and verified by the Applicant Company before the bag is opened by the consignee. The combination of the verification code-based authentication mechanism and the dual-layer tamper-resistant bottom structure enables detection of tampering and prevents theft of goods during storage and transportation.
