Abstract: The present invention discloses an anti-jamming networked control system (100) comprising a remote control unit (110), a wireless transmission subsystem (120) supporting a primary radio-frequency link and a heterogeneous secondary backup link, a hardware jamming detection circuitry (130) configured to perform wideband spectral fingerprinting and machine-learning-based classification of interference on a dedicated neural-network accelerator, an anti-jamming protocol module (140) implementing cryptographically seeded frequency hopping with adaptive modulation, an actuator unit (150) with onboard decoding, and a fail-safe control module (160) that autonomously executes a predictive safe trajectory when the controller-actuator channel is compromised. The detection circuitry (130) computes a graded threat-level score from spectral, statistical, and temporal features, triggering a graded response that escalates from coding hardening to frequency hopping to physical- layer switching to autonomous fail-safe operation. The disclosed system improves controllability under adversarial interference and ensures industrial safety with minimal latency overhead.
