In particular, the present invention relates to an anti-C5 antibody that specifically binds different epitopes of C5 or a bispecific antibody that specifically binds different epitopes of C5 and HTRA1. The present invention further relates to a nucleic acid encoding the antibody, an expression vector comprising the nucleic acid, and a host cell comprising the nucleic acid or the expression vector. The present invention further relates to a pharmaceutical composition or pharmaceutical combination comprising the antibody.
