Abstract: Provided are: an antenna device in which the minimum detection distance is shortened; and a radar device. The antenna device comprises: a waveguide having a first opening, a second opening that is larger than the first opening when observed in a planar view of the opening, and an inner wall surface connecting the first opening and the second opening; an antenna that is provided inside the first opening so as to be positioned, when observed in a planar view of the opening, inside the first opening, directed toward the inside of the waveguide; and a radio wave lens provided inside the waveguide, the radio lens having a first surface located on the first opening side and located more toward the inside of the waveguide than the first opening, a second surface located on the second opening side and located more toward the inside of the waveguide than the second opening, and an outer edge part which is sized so as to close a gap between the inner wall surface and the outer edge part when observed in a planar view of the opening.
