Abstract: The Anonymous Complaint Resolver System is a web-based platform designed to record, monitor, and manage complaints submitted by students, staff, and other faculty members of a college. The system is designed as a distributed, platform-independent web application because users can access it from a variety of devices. All system functions, including user account management and HOD registration approval, are under the administrator's total control. User registration is open to all students and faculty, and registered users can update their personal information whenever required. The system also provides notifications such as department wise pending complaints, individual complaint details, and updated complaint status. In order to protect students' identities when they report academic misconduct, this report offers an anonymous authentication framework. A User Management Module and a Feedback/File Handling Module are the two main parts of the solution. A. Secure key distribution for authorized users, account verification, and new enrolments are all managed by the User Management Module. The Feedback Module enables students to submit feedback or complaints anonymously, encrypt the submitted files, and decrypt them when necessary. Data confidentiality is ensured using Attribute Based Encryption (ABE). Both modules communicate securely and operate together through a protected internal API, ensuring seamless and confidential handling of complaint information.
