Abstract: The present invention relates to a systematic framework for analysing the influence of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) on organisational performance through the perspectives of Human Resource professionals. The invention addresses the need to transform conventional administrative human resource functions into strategically aligned practices that contribute directly to organisational objectives, workforce effectiveness, competitiveness, and sustainable development. The proposed framework integrates organisational strategy with key SHRM practices, including workforce planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and rewards, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, leadership development, and employee retention. The framework further incorporates the perspectives and experiences of HR professionals to evaluate the effectiveness, implementation, and strategic contribution of these practices. Organisational performance is assessed using multiple financial and non-financial indicators, including employee productivity, operational efficiency, innovation, employee engagement, workforce stability, competitiveness, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. The framework also identifies challenges affecting SHRM implementation, such as resistance to change, skill gaps, technological limitations, inadequate management support, changing workforce expectations, and insufficient alignment between HR and organisational strategies. The invention further includes a feedback and continuous improvement mechanism through which performance outcomes are evaluated and used to refine HR strategies and workforce initiatives. By integrating strategic alignment, HR professional perspectives, performance assessment, challenge identification, and continuous improvement, the proposed framework enables organisations to effectively utilise human capital as a strategic resource. Accordingly, the invention provides an adaptable approach for improving organisational performance, strengthening employee engagement, supporting innovation, enhancing competitiveness, and achieving sustainable long-term organisational growth through effective Strategic Human Resource Management.
