Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an intelligent wearable pesticide inhalation exposure monitoring and prevention system (1) for agricultural workers. The system (1) comprises a wearable housing (2), a multi-sensor sensing subsystem (3), an embedded processing controller (4), an IoT communication subsystem (5), a cloud-based artificial intelligence processing subsystem (6), a multi-modal alert subsystem (7), an occupational exposure logging subsystem (8), and an autonomous recovery subsystem (9). The multi-sensor sensing subsystem (3) acquires complementary gas and particulate measurements surrounding a worker. The embedded processing controller (4) performs local threshold-based hazard evaluation for immediate exposure detection and alert generation. Sensor information is transmitted to the cloud-based artificial intelligence processing subsystem (6), wherein a convolutional neural network processes a temporal sequence of multi-sensor readings for pesticide family classification.
