MUMBAI, India, July 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611064325 A) filed by Noida Institute Of Engineering & Technology on May 21, 2026, for An Ultra-Compact Rf Filter For Portable Devices.
Inventors include Dr. Prachi Tripathi; and Dr. Mangey Ram Nagar.
The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.
Abstract: The present invention provides an ultra-compact RF filter for portable devices. The filter includes an input terminal, a folded resonant conductor network, embedded series and shunt reactive sections, a ground coupling matrix, and a multilayer package substrate. The folded network provides extended electrical length within a reduced footprint, while the reactive sections shape pass-band and rejection characteristics. An optional tuning interface controls a selectable reactive bank for response compensation. Integrated matching portions reduce external components and support compact RF front-end placement.
