Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: “AN OUTER WAIST SEAL FOR A WINDOW FRAME OF A VEHICLE” Present disclosure discloses an outer waist seal (10) for window frame (106) of a vehicle (100). The outer waist seal (10) includes first section (2) and second section (12) pivotably coupled 5 to one end (6) of first section (2). The second section is structured to swivel at an angle relative to portion of first section. Furthermore, the outer waist seal includes an actuation mechanism (20) coupled to the second section (12). The actuation mechanism includes housing (22) and bush (24) suspendingly disposed in housing, and actuator (50) disposed in housing and within bush. The actuator includes a shaft (52) being secured to an end of the second section (12). The 10 actuator is configured to swivel the second section between a first position (FP) and a second position (SP) relative to the portion of the first section (2), and tilt within the bush corresponding to swivelling of the second section (12).
