Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an oil splash mechanism [200] for an electric motor 5 drive arrangement [100] of a vehicle. The electric motor drive arrangement [100] comprises a housing [102] defining: an electric motor region [104] for housing an electric motor [106], and a transmission region [108] for housing a transmission unit [110]. The oil splash mechanism [200] comprises at least one impeller [202] mounted on an integrated rotor shaft [114] of the electric motor [106], and facing 10 towards at least one end portion [122] of a stator winding [118] of the electric motor [106]. Notably, each of the at least one impeller [202] is capable of receiving transmission coolant from the transmission region [108] and splashing the same onto each of the at least one end portion [122] of the stator winding [118], for cooling thereof.
