Abstract: ABSTRACT AN OFFLINE-FIRST, LOW-BANDWIDTH ENABLED TELEMEDICINE KIOSK SYSTEM WITH AI-BASED TRIAGE 5 The present invention relates to an offline-first telemedicine kiosk system (100) configured for deployment in bandwidth-constrained rural environments. The system integrates an embedded processing unit, medical diagnostic sensor modules, encrypted local medical data storage, AI-based symptom triage, adaptive low1bandwidth teleconsultation, and a cryptographically secured automated medicine 10 dispensing unit. Patient records are stored locally using AES-256 encryption with SHA-256 integrity verification and synchronized with a remote server only upon detection of predefined network conditions. Teleconsultation stability is achieved through proactive bitrate injection into the Session Description Protocol (SDP) during WebRTC handshake, resolution constraints, dynamic bitrate scaling, and 15 audio-priority fallback to ensure operation at bandwidth levels as low as 256 kbps. Digitally signed prescription tokens are verified using asymmetric cryptographic validation prior to enabling a hardware-locked servo-actuated dispensing mechanism. The system further includes multilingual voice interaction and power redundancy. 20 [
