Abstract: ABSTRACT Disclosed herein is an IoT healthcare system (100) for urban health monitoring and risk prediction that comprises Patient Monitoring Unit 102, Physiological Sensor Unit 104, Environmental Sensor Unit 106, and IoT Data Acquisition Unit 108 configured to acquire patient-related data. A Processing Unit 110 includes modules configured to preprocess the data, extract features, perform privacy-preserving processing, and support collaborative model training using the PULSE- Fed model. A Deep Learning Module 120 processes the data, while a Health Risk Prediction Module 122 uses the HI-RPM-RS model to determine health risks. A Health Status Analysis Module 124 analyzes patient health status, and an Explainability Module 126 uses Grad-CAM and SHAP to generate interpretable information. An Alert Generation Module 128 generates alerts based on the analysis. A Communication Unit 130, Healthcare Server 132, Storage Unit 134, Healthcare Interface Unit 136, and Power Supply Unit 138 support communication, storage, access, and system operation.
