Abstract: The present invention relates to an IoT-based telematics system for real-time condition monitoring and predictive diagnostics of two- wheeler vehicles. The system comprises a plurality of vehicle sensors, an Engine Control Unit (ECU), a Controller Area Network (CAN Bus), a Telematics Control Unit (TCU), a cellular communication module, a cloud server, an analytics and predictive diagnostics engine, and a mobile application. The vehicle sensors continuously acquire parameters including engine temperature, fuel level, battery voltage, engine RPM, vehicle speed, brake status, engine vibration and GPS location. The ECU processes the acquired information and communicates the processed data through the CAN Bus to the TCU. The TCU transmits the vehicle data to the cloud server through a GSM, 4G or 5G communication module. The cloud-based analytics engine analyses real-time and historical vehicle data to identify abnormal operating conditions and generate predictive diagnostic and maintenance information. The mobile application provides the rider with vehicle condition information, alerts, diagnostic information, service reminders, location information and maintenance recommendations, thereby enabling early detection of potential vehicle problems, reducing unexpected breakdowns and improving vehicle reliability and operational safety.
