Abstract: The present invention relates to an IoT-enabled smart wearable neonatal intensive care blanket with integrated micro-antenna GPS tracking and thermal regulation capabilities. The system comprises temperature sensors, flexible heating elements, a micro-antenna GPS tracking module, and wireless communication components embedded within a medical-grade blanket structure. The system continuously monitors neonatal body temperature and automatically regulates thermal conditions to maintain optimal temperature levels. Additionally, the integrated GPS tracking module enables real-time location monitoring of the infant within healthcare facilities. Sensor and location data are transmitted to remote monitoring platforms, allowing healthcare professionals to monitor neonatal conditions and receive alerts when abnormal temperature variations or unauthorized movement is detected. The invention enhances neonatal safety, improves thermal management, and enables intelligent healthcare monitoring in neonatal care environments.
