The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an IoT based cycloidal scissor lift is disclosed comprising a top platform (101), pivot joints with bearings (102), a stepper motor (103), a cycloidal mechanism (104), limit switches (105), a D-type flexible coupling (106), a cycloidal gearbox (107) having a 1:46 reduction ratio, and an emergency stop switch (108). The stepper motor (103) is coupled to the cycloidal gearbox (107) through the flexible coupling (106) to transmit rotational motion. The cycloidal mechanism (104) reduces speed and increases torque, and drives an actuator to convert rotational motion into linear displacement. The linear displacement actuates a scissor linkage through pivot joints (102) to raise and lower the top platform (101). The system includes a microcontroller and motor driver for generating control signals, limit switches (105) for defining travel limits, and an emergency stop switch (108) for interrupting operation, enabling controlled vertical motion, precise positioning, and improved efficiency.
