Abstract: ABSTRACT An Intravitreal Injection Guide The invention relates to a single-use intravitreal injection guide (200) configured to be fixed onto an existing syringe needle to enable controlled and reproducible intravitreal injections and the method (300) thereof. The guide (200) comprises a needle-guiding body (201) defining a passage for directing needle insertion, an opaque flange (202) for atraumatic contact with the ocular surface, and an elongated grasping portion (203) for stabilization. The needle-guiding body (201) includes a funnel-shaped entry (201a(i)) for alignment and a depth-limiting configuration (201b) to maintain fixed penetration depth and prevent over-insertion. The curved flange (202) conforms to the ocular globe and may include textured features to resist movement. Formed as a single rigid biocompatible plastic structure, the symmetric guide controls needle trajectory, position, and depth while maintaining visibility, and is usable in either eye and in nasal or temporal quadrants without modification.
