Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a weather-adaptive navigation system (100) for intelligent vehicle route optimization during adverse environmental conditions. The system comprises a User Device (102), a GPS Receiver (104), an Environmental Data Acquisition Module (106), an Elevation Topology Processing Module (108), a Flood Prediction Engine (110), a Vehicle Vulnerability Profiling Module (112), a Sensor-Validated Hazard Verification Module (114), a Dynamic Risk Scoring Engine (116), a Route Optimization and Recalculation Engine (118), an Emergency Alert and SOS Module (120), a Communication Interface (122), a Data Storage Module (124), and a Processing Unit (126). The system collects and processes weather, terrain, traffic, vehicle, and hazard information to predict flood risks, evaluate vehicle-specific safety, validate hazards, compute environmental risk scores, and dynamically optimize navigation routes. The coordinated operation of the components enables continuous route recalculation and emergency alert generation, thereby improving navigation safety, routing reliability, and real-time decision- making during adverse weather conditions The figure associated with abstract is Fig. 1.
